Deviled Pasta with Lobster Recipe

On this episode of The Hot Skillet, Chef Cristian Feher prepares a mouth-watering pasta dish using something tinned deviled ham, and fresh Maine lobster tail. Pasta lovers are sure to appreciate this one!

Yields: 2 servings


  • Cooked pasta for 2
  • 1/3 cup of clarified, salted butter
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 6oz of cold-water lobster tail meat
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 tin of Underwood Deviled Ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Prep all of your ingredients, so they are ready to go! This includes cooking and draining your pasta.
  2. On a hot skillet, add the butter until it melts.
  3. Add the lobster and tomatoes to the butter and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the contents of a tin of Underwood deviled ham. Cook for another minute.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the pasta and toss well.
  7. Chop the fresh basil, add it to the pasta, toss well, and serve!
